Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We recognise that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount for the session. This policy is in place to compensate our practitioners for their time and to ensure fairness to both our staff and other clients.
We do appreciate that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, so we consider individual cases within reason. If you have a valid reason for not providing 24 hours notice or for missing your appointment, we encourage you to communicate with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
In the event that you cannot make your appointment, we appreciate your consideration in offering it to a family member or friend who may be able to benefit from the session. This allows us to fill the time slot and helps someone else who may be in need of our services.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards purchased from Sandy Bay Massage are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase or reload, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will no longer be redeemable.
The expiry date is calculated from the purchase or reload date and is recorded in our system at the time of issue.
Redemption
Gift cards are redeemable only for massage services provided at Sandy Bay Massage.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase retail products, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
Gift cards represent prepaid services and are not refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If the value of the booked service exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
Partial Use
Gift cards may be used across multiple appointments until the full value has been redeemed. Any unused balance remains available until the expiry date.
Location of Use
Gift cards are redeemable only at Sandy Bay Massage and cannot be transferred or redeemed at other clinics or locations.
Price Changes
Gift cards represent a monetary value at the time of purchase. If treatment prices increase after the purchase date, the gift card remains valid for its original value and any difference must be paid at the time of booking.
Booking and Availability
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist availability.
Gift cards may be redeemed with any available therapist at Sandy Bay Massage and do not guarantee availability with a specific therapist.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings made using gift cards are subject to the clinic’s standard cancellation policy.
If an appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice or the client does not attend the appointment, the gift card value may be reduced or forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Non-transferable for Resale
Gift cards are intended for personal use or gifting only and may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent from Sandy Bay Massage.
Fraud or Misuse
Sandy Bay Massage reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel a gift card if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Online Purchases
Gift cards purchased online will be delivered electronically to the nominated email address. Sandy Bay Massage is not responsible for incorrect email details provided at the time of purchase.
Business Closure or Transfer
If Sandy Bay Massage permanently ceases trading, reasonable efforts will be made to honour valid gift cards prior to closure. Gift cards may not be redeemable after the business has ceased operations.
Changes to Terms
Sandy Bay Massage may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of redemption will apply.
