Pregnancy Massage
Thoughtfully adapted treatment designed to support comfort, mobility and wellbeing throughout pregnancy. As the body changes, increased joint laxity, postural adjustment and weight distribution can contribute to muscular tension and strain. Pregnancy massage is tailored to safely address these changes while promoting relaxation and physical ease. Treatment is adjusted to your stage of pregnancy, individual presentation and comfort needs, with appropriate positioning and care throughout.
We use specialised positioning support, including a pregnancy mat and side-lying techniques, to ensure comfort and safety throughout your session. Treatment pressure and techniques are modified appropriately to accommodate physiological changes during pregnancy.
